Otion Front has always been outside of the system quo. We began this work to stay affordable with radical care so that the space can support real poetry. Otion Front has never been a profit-producing organization, we aren’t backed by grants or institutional funding, rather we work to create a different economy through energy and labor exchanges. The money built from rehearsals and ticket sales goes to paying its rent. For six years we have worked to provide space and programming to strengthen mental and physical confidence in a culture that doesn't always nurture what it means to really be alive.
